Notification center is optimized and looking more clear as compare to previous version of One UI.
Icons in the One UI 5.0 are now much bigger in the notifications.

You can also notice that two buttons below at notification panel (Notification settings and Clear) are more clear now than previous version.

There is no change in the notification center in Samsung One UI 5.0 and One UI 4.1.
Improved split screen
Split screen is a feature in Android smartphones which we are seeing from a long time but this time it is optimized to next level with One UI 5.0 update in Galaxy devices.

You can now open split screen very quickly by swiping two fingers from bottom to upward in any app interface. And it will shift the already opened app in upper half of the screen and provide you app list to choose any one of these.
The latest upgraded One UI 5.0 support split screen in all apps which even doesn’t support native split screen feature. Samsung’s One UI 5.0 split screen can actually force the apps to open in split screen even for the apps that are not optimized to open in split screen mode.
Android is the only operating system on phones right now that has true multitasking something that we don’t see on iOS as there is no split screen in Apple iPhones. Status bar automatically hides in split screen mode to provide you the more space on the screen.
