If you have applied for the One UI update and have not received the update through OTA then you can try to check for the update in the Software update on your mobile.
And if you have already shown One UI 6 update ready to download on your mobile then you can directly download it on your Samsung phone or you can schedule to install in off hours.
This update size is approximately 3GB so make sure you have sufficient data left with your SIM card or your phone should connected to a high-speed WiFi with a sufficient/unlimited plan.
