Samsung Cloud is free to use up to 5GB on every basic plan if you want to use more storage on Onedrive then you need to purchase the cloud space separately.
Onedrive cloud storage service for all Samsung account holders is a subscription base service if you exceed the free 5GB of storage limit.

How do I access my Samsung cloud?
If you have uploaded a file to your Samsung cloud then you can easily access your backed-up data on Samsung cloud from your Galaxy device or web browser.
You can swipe down on your notification panel in your Samsung phone and then select the Samsung cloud drive notification to view the file stored in the cloud.

Samsung is offering 100GB of Onedrive cloud storage for free for up to a limited period of 6 months on the purchase of new devices.
If you have recently purchased a new Samsung device then you may be eligible for 100GB free Onedrive cloud storage. Only a few premium series Samsung devices are eligible for the free Onedrive 100GB cloud storage.
