Question 3: What is covered in warranty?
Answer: All manufacturing defects are covered in warranty.
Mobile started malfuntioning automatically.
All software related issue are resolved under warranty.
Update your mobile to the latest available version free of cost.
All hardware issues due to manufacturing defect only.
Question 4: What is not covered in warranty?
Answer: Mobile or part of mobile physically damaged will not be repaired or replaced.
Mobile damaged due to liquid will not be repaired.
Mobile damaged during unlocking bootloader, installing custom ROM or other unauthorized advanced software changes will not be covered under warranty. However your mobile software (Stock ROM) can be re-installed at service center after paying service charges only.
